Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data. However, you grant us a license to use this data solely for providing and improving the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SABP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
